Pain after orgasm?!?!?

Sometimes after orgasm I'll experience abdominal pain that resembles extreme period cramping, but more painful. Anyone else experience this? Anything I can do about it?

Every time we orgasm it causes our uterus to contract. Sometimes we feel it, sometimes we don't. Feeling it and not feeling it are both totally normal. When we are pregnant we tend to feel it a lot more often than when we are not pregnant. Before pregnancy I would only feel it sometimes, like if we had rougher sex, it was really really good, or we had one of those days where you just have sex and orgasm all day long. But being pregnant.... I feel it every time we have sex now. And actually now that I'm further along (25 weeks 2 days with twins) it causes me to have Braxton hicks

I have no clue but I pulled a muscle in my knee once during an orgasm and it hurt for a week 😂

Yeah sometimes I have the same , not as painful as period tho
