Hi I have PCOS I had my little girl august 02/03/2020 via c section periods returned as normal every month I have been having a period every month but March I started to spot on the 18th I thought it was my period starting by the 21st March the spotting just stopped and that was it but on 1st of March the spotting started again and it’s still here now it’s getting me really down I’ve never had anything like this before I have rang my doctors and he has put me back on metformin as I was on this before I become pregnant he said if it carries on to contact him this was last week I spoke to him I tried to ring this morning and there is no appointments until Thursday 😕 when I got diagnosed with pcos my doctor said my hormones were all out of whack so I’m just wondering weather this could be a hormonal imbalance ...

Has anyone else with PCOS spotted for weeks at a time and not had a proper period ?
