Groin pain post c section

I had my son March 7th. I was feeling fine when walking around and everything. But now I have this sharp pain in my groin when I walk to much, when I get in and out of bed, or even if I move my leg the wrong way it sends this sharp pain on my groin a bit below my c section scar. Pic for reference. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Is there something I can do to get rid of the pain on my own or should I call the doctor. It doesn’t appear to be infected so idk what it could be.
