Is a Belly band worth it to help with Lower back pain?

I walk and am on my feet a lot during the day and when I get home I have a toddler to take care of. At the end of the night I hurt so bad. 
Wanted feedback regarding belly bands. If they don’t work I won’t waste my money 🤪

I found mine really helped when I would take my hour break, I would finally stand up and wouldn’t feel the stiff pain. I think mine was 30$ on Amazon

Ya I think its good for standing and walking around. I was using mine tonight while I was folding laundry and cleaning up the house and it helped a lot. I don’t like it as much for sitting. But its easy to get on and off. Get the $30 one from Amazon :)
