Hand foot and mouth

Has anyone had hand foot and mouth disease in pregnancy? Was your baby okay? I'm in my first trimester and high risk already so this is freaking me out as I've been told it comes with a small risk of miscarriage. Also, how long did the pain in your mouth and the blisters on your hands/feet last for? It hurts to type and to walk they're so bad and I wince every time I swallow anything, even water :( I'm in the uk and all my doctor said to take is paracetamol, but since I'm allergic I can't have it so just keeping myself cool and comfortable as possible.
