Can you have a healthy baby without morning sickness?

Question

I had severe morning sickness with my three boys, very early along. Like before I tested. I’m 4w4d and only slightly nauseous here and there and it’s got me worried as the only baby I didn’t have it with, stopped growing at 6 weeks and ended in emergency surgery due to hemorrhaging. I’ve got many other symptoms, but without the notorious MS I don’t feel pregnant. Can you have a healthy baby without feeling sick ?

I feel morning sickness start at 6weeks but will start at noon till ready to sleep.. if im full i dont feel good...

I’m experiencing the same thing! With my daughter I was sick around 5 1/2 weeks. I’m currently 6 weeks but I only get nauseous if I’m hungry !

No morning sickness here! Just had my 8 week ultrasound and baby looks healthy with a strong heartbeat! Doctor says im just one of the lucky ones! This is my first baby!

Of course you can! I wasn’t sick or nauseous at all my entire second pregnancy! I loved it!
