Severe car sickness

Has anyone else developed car sickness with pregnancy? I’m 5 weeks tomorrow. Today I haven’t been able to ride in a car without getting super nauseated and throwing up. I’m not sure how I’m going to get around this whole pregnancy if this is what it’s going to be like
