Herpes/pimple/ingrown hair? *tmi pic

i have a doctors appointment next week but curious on others thoughts. i had trimmed my pubes (not waxed or shaved) and i did sleep with someone with a condom but these two have shown up and havent changed in appearance in three weeks. have tried hot compresses without luck and i dont want to pop it as i dont want to cause scarring. doesnt hurt or itch at all
