Brest milk spoiled?

So my breast milk keeps going clumpy even tho it’s been in the fridge (that’s set at the right temp). It still tastes sweet and normal and smells fine but I was just wondering if it’s safe to give to baby and if anyone else has this problem? It’s happening to all my milk and I don’t know why. I heat it up with hot water instead of warm.

If it tastes and smells fine, it's not spoiled. How long has it been in a fridge? Those clumps may just be the fat, try shaking the bottle prior to serving.

It’s just fats that need to be warmed a bit and mixed in xx

Normal. I’ve always heard that you shouldn’t shake the milk... that you should swirl it as it breaks up the proteins if you shake it. I’m not sure if this is proven, but just something to look into.

The fat is solidified and the milk is separating. Totally normal!

its safe to give your baby if it was stored at the right temperature, if it spoiled the bottom half will look like water & the top half will be super thick , if after you shake it its super thick it might be spoiled , my milk spoiled in the refrigerator once , i recommend freezing instead
