Can i take Conception pill Eu Natural and Myo Inositol together ?

I recently bought them on Amazon and when I start taking them. It says to take 1 twice daily and I been reading the reviews that people take them on cycle day 3. Has anyone had experience or feedback.

I'm not sure it's necessary to take both? Do the conception ones not contain inositol? Just be careful you're not taking too much and doubling up.
