I put that idk what that is but then I googled it. I have deja vu all the time. However, one time this really weird thing happened. 
About 8/9 years ago I was driving home from work in broad daylight. I had just gone under the bridge of an on/off ramp. As I’m driving I look in my side view mirror and I see a black Escalade  going up the exit ramp crazy fast and out of control. So out of control that it flew off the side of the hill and did several sideways flips back onto the highway. The hood crunched/flew off during that and the car kinda bounced and caught on fire. I could like see a body flying around in the car. Other cars were screeching to a stop as to not cause a pile up. I was watching this all in my mirror and in shock, like with my jaw dropped! I turned my head around to look and there was nothing there. I was like wtf is going on?? Did I not just see this horrific car accident?? Should I pull over since I saw the thing happen?? It’s not like it just flashed through my mind or anything, I SAW it happen in my mirror. I kept looking back, I kept looking in my mirror but there was nothing there. I was so convinced that when I got home I googled car accidents at that exit ramp and I watched the freaking news to see if it was on there. I never found anything but even as I’m typing this I know what I saw and I know I saw it!!

I was driving on the highway to visit my brother and the EXACT SAME VEHICLE passed me 3 times. It was so weird because it really was the same color and type every time. They were all bright orange equinoxes. And I'm sure they were all different people because I stayed in the left lane the entire time and never saw the ones that passed me again. But this happened in the span of about an hour, maybe less. I wish I'd gotten looks at the drivers.
Another time I was getting coffee and 3 of the people sitting in the shop were wearing the exact same outfit and were all similarly looking older ladies. 
I also find it odd that it always happens in threes.
