Dog behavioral problems

I’m at a loss on what to do about my dog. Ever since I had my son a year ago, my dog’s behavior has been the worst.

He was trained pretty well, responded to basic commands and was pretty quiet before i gave birth. We also had another dog in the house, and she pretty much kept him in line (she’s no longer here so I think that’s contributed to the behavior change as well-aka he thinks he can get away with shit).

Now, he doesn’t listen at all and constantly makes growling noises or barks at the slightest noise. If I tell him to stay, he doesn’t. If I say sit, he doesn’t. I can’t even adjust myself on the couch without him barking. Cars drive by and he growls at every.single.one. He’s even farted and started barking at his own fart noise 🤦‍♀️. It’s like all his training went out the window. I feel like I’m about to lose it because I’m trying to take care of my son while dealing with my dogs disobedience at the same time. I can’t take him for behavioral training at this moment in time because I have my young son with me while my husband works all day. My husband takes him out to get his daily exercise, plays with him, and gives his attention, so I know his behavior isn’t completely due to my son being here.

Has anyone had this happen before where a well trained dog just decides to not give a fuck anymore? This is causing me so much unnecessary stress and I know my son is noticing it now. Are there ways I can retrain him here at home, and if so, how do I go about doing that?
