Hi Glow Family,
Has anyone ever tried the Conception Supplements? I have been reading reviews and some claim that they caused them to miscarry. What are your views?

I took the woman conception and it messed my period up. I just had a 3 day period 2 weeks ago and now I’m having another period.

I tried taking the top ones for women and they completely messed up my periods. I normally have regular periods, but this delayed my period for about a month and my period didn’t start until I finally stopped taking these. It took about 3 months for my cycles to completely return to normal (I have 28-day cycles) after I stopped taking them. Vitex is not good if you have normal cycles, but the inositol is great so I wouldn’t recommend these particular vitamins. I went to a fertility dr and she told me to take inositol powder, along with a whole other cocktail of supplements. Some of the ones I took were vitamin c, vitamin e, vitamin d, melatonin, NAC, R Lipoic Acid, fish oil, my Prenatals with 800 mcg folate, CoQ10, etc. 
I think the male version that you posted should be fine for your husband to use because both zinc and folate are beneficial to sperm. My dr put my husband on a male supplement from the Theralogix website which has more vitamins included and it really helped him. I believe he took the motility support supplement.

I used them for years. They regulated my periods -i didn't miscarry when i finally got pregnant.
