I got my IUD in June of 2020 and haven’t experienced this since the first few months while it’s trying to regulate the period- but the other day around when I should be ovulating I had some light spotting. Should I be concerned? I also had cramping too. Aaaand not that this matters, but my sex drive has plummeted. And I’m exhausted all the time. Was that implantation bleeding? Could it have been? I don’t want to go buy a test till my period gets missed... and I don’t want to believe it’s a pregnancy due to my last experience with getting pregnant.
