Unisom and b6?

Question

Do you take this for nausea/vomiting? How do I know how much to take? Is it necessary to take both, or will I get some relief just from the b6?
I had terrible sickness with my first pregnancy but I managed by resting after a meal to let food digest. This time I have a 4 year old and work full time from home. I can not eat, and can barely drink.
My first doctors appointment is 4/5 so I can’t ask doctor and I need some relief before then.

I take a half b6 and half a unisom twice a day. Once in morning and once st night. It doesn’t make me too tired and helps with the nausea! I did that with my first pregnancy too and it was a lifesaver!

Once it built up in my system, it’s been a life saver!!! I take b6 once in the morning and then half a tablet of unisom with another b6 right before I lay down.

I take 25 mg of b6 three times a day morning, afternoon and evening. Then I take half a unisom at night. They say you can take a half a unisom in the morning to help as well but I’m a teacher and wouldn’t be able to function.

I would call your doctor! Just because your first appointment isn’t for a little while doesn’t mean you cant call!
