Clogged ducts
Hi everyone I am having a extremely hard time unclogging a duct, it started at midnight last night and since has now gotten so bad I have lumps on half my left breast. I don't no what else to do, I've tried power pumping, salts, shower, heat compressions. I'm only 6wpp and this is my first so I have no idea how to go about this especially since I'm exclusively pumping.
If anyone has ideas please help a girl out.
