Sleep on stomach?

I'm 8 weeks today and always have been a stomach sleeper.   Will continuing to do this cause any harm on the baby?  When is the time that I need to switch to a different position? Just curious.

I slept on my stomach until I was about 22 weeks and then unconsciously started sleeping more on my sides. Your body will let you know when it's time to switch positions.

I'm 36 weeks and slept on my stomach up until 30 weeks and my son is fine. You're fine until it starts getting uncomfortable and your baby will let you know when he or she wants you to move.

I'm a stomach sleeper as well, and I don't plan on sleeping on it until I speak to my doctor but the only way I seem to be able to sleep is a pillow between my legs and lay on a side and hug it

I'm 13 wks and idk if it's hard on the baby but it kills my back now if I sleep on my stomach so I am switching sides all night lol

Yea. It will start getting painful and uncomfortable the further along you get. I wouldn't recommend sleeping on your stomach.

I googled this because I am also a stomach sleeper. I'm 17 weeks and still sometimes lay on my stomach. Everything I read (some from Dr's) said that by the time of would affect the baby it would be far too uncomfortable to lay that way. They all said it was fine for now.
