My LO is now 7 weeks and sleeps around 10PM to 8AM.  Before she would wake up for 1 or 2 feeds in the night, but recently she would just make some noise (at the time she usually wakes to feed) and falls right back to sleep.  Should I still wake her to feed at least once? I'm worried about letting her go that long without eating plus I don't know if she tried to signal hunger and I somehow missed it 🤣.  She is past her birthweight but we haven't been able to visit her doctor yet for her next checkup.
