So I've been on the Nuva ring for about six months. This last month I had sex on the second day I put the ring in after a week of AF. (Yes I know that gives me a chance of becoming pregnant) but in the past week I've been very emotional. And getting a tightness in my throat like I may have to puke but never do. Then yesterday I just started getting this tight twisting feeling in my L abdomen right above my hip. It got really intense at night. It didn't feel like a normal cramp because it was only on one side. It went away after a couple of hours and today I can feel it faintly. Could this be a side affect of the Nuva ring, or something else?
