Finally transferring on 3/24!!! 😆🥰
After 9 months of fighting cysts, unexpected ovulation, and a chronically thin lining we have a transfer date!!!!! 🎉
My husband and I have gotten pregnant naturally 3 times and even had 2 full term pregnancies. However, due to a rare congenital heart defect that caused both of our daughters to pass away shortly after birth, we decided to do IVF with donor eggs to hopefully eliminate a recessive gene disorder that likely was causing the fatal heart defect.
Given our ability to get pregnant naturally, we were so frustrated when month after month my body was not cooperating with the FET protocol. I was canceled 3 times due to a thin lining. 😭
This time we tried something different, a semi natural cycle, and my body finally cooperated! My lining got to 7mm and had the trilaminar appearance my doctor wanted. I started progesterone today and we transfer next Wednesday. We couldn’t be more excited!! 🙏🏻😆😍
That being said, we’ll take all of the thoughts, prayers, and positive vibes you want to send our way in the next few weeks. In the meantime, anyone have any unique tips or tricks to help with implantation?!?
