Will your LH surge again before a pregnancy test picks up HCG? Or does HCG have to be detectable before an LH surge will indicate you’re pregnant?

An opk (LH test) does not determine pregnancy. Only a pregnancy test determines pregnancy. LH fluctuates constantly throughout your cycle. Most women have a surge prior to period. You can not use an opk to detect or assume pregnancy due to this. Opks should only be used to pinpoint ovulation. After that they should not be used till next cycle. Having a high LH, or surge before period does not determine anything.
