Nursing while teething

My 5 month old h got both of his bottom teeth at 4 months and now they’re out enough to do some damage when he bites. It’s so painful and I know he’s too young to understand no still or taking him away from the nipple because he just cracks this cute smile when I do so, but it hurts so bad. I couldn’t even nurse him the other night because he kept booting me and I just cried. My goal is to nurse for a year or more but I don’t know how to handle this obstacle and could some advice lol
