To stick with keto or to just eat clean?
Which is better for long term weightloss? Keto or clean eating? I’ve been doing keto for a month now and have only lost 3lbs. I’m not a fan of the diet as I’ve been feeling very very restricted as to what I can eat. I’ve been finding myself at times unable to eat due to not having anything keto friendly in the house. I’ve been debating on just eating clean and looking at calories and portion control but I need something that is going to help me lose the weight. I started keto with my mom so if I stop now I’ll feel guilty. By a part of me wants to just switch to a healthy lifestyle that I can stay on forever rather than potentially gaining all the weight back that I lost while doing keto once I’m finished with that diet.
I spent so much on a carb manager app and a keto breath monitor so it would be a little sad to stop now but I’m just not a huge fan of all the restrictions 😩
