30weeks 1 day Braxton Hicks?

So these last two days I have been having “Braxton Hicks” back to back like 10 minutes or so apart is that normal?

Im 30 weeks also and have been having them non stop also. Last night I was woken by them and leg cramps and just felt so miserable I had to sleep on the couch for 3 hours with my leg massagers on. 
Some days they worry me. I’m not sure how many and how often is worry some. I have a dr Tuesday and I’m gonna ask my dr then.
