Ear peircings

My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced she is three years old so her dad took her to Claire’s they were only able to do one side she cried for a few seconds and then she was fine but she absolutely flipped out when they try to do the second one. so she only has one earring in I’m going to take her in a month because she wants to get her other one done still. what numbing gel do you recommend so she’s more comfortable? I have never seen her flip out that much before everyone in the mall was staring and she only acts like that when she’s around her dad she never flips out like that with me. All of this was with me on FaceTime but I just want some recommendations for a numbing gel that I can buy on Amazon for her I’m going to take her to a tattoo shop to get it done.
