Bad parent?

Does it make you a bad parent because you need a break if you never have a break? im talking years without one single break from your kids.you feed them you love them but youre a stay at home mom and youre mentally exhausted 😩. Is it ok to just need some me time without interruptions? I dont even have bad kids. My middle and youngest kid tells me they love me at least 15 times a day and gives me hugs all day. Am I wrong to feel suffocated sometimes? Is it just me?
