Been taking these for a month - might be full of shit but I think it kind of helps? I have every reason to be REALLY stressed and miserable (two psycho kids home all the time, messy husband home all the time, working from home like 60 hours a week, living with my fucking parents, you name it)  and I actually feel somehow ok? Also, I started taking "not illegal" THC edibles (I'm in PA, recreational weed is not legal here, but *technically* this kind of THC isn't the specifically illegal kind "delta 9" - I've always been a huge narc lol so this is my first foray into weed)😂 and I stopped breastfeeding so my son sleeps mostly well. I think the mental break from the edibles is helping A LOT, because I rarely stop stressing. It gives me a few hours a day (after bedtime) that I don't have anxiety and I think that's helping me get better rest.
