Did I miss my chance/days to get pregnant? Ovulation/timing concern!

So my husband and I BD on the 16th, I got a positive opk on the 18th, but he was at work that night so we BD on the 19th. I am currently having sharp pains in my right pelvic area. We can't BD tonight due to him being at work 😣 but we can BD tomorrow.

I'm assuming since I have this pain, I'm ovulating right now. Is it crucial to BD tonight or would BDing before like we did on the 16th and 19th still be a chance?

Hope that all makes sense. I've heard sperm can live up to 72 hours but not sure if there's truth behind that.
