Fun sensory or other activities for a 1 year old?

I want to branch out and do some new fun activities with my 1-year old son! maybe some sensory activities or Ive seen edible paint to play with in the bath tub? Stuff like that, where do you guys find stuff like that or have any other suggestions?? Thank you!

I take my 9 month old to “mommy and me” swim classes. She loves the water and is doing so good. It’s a fun thing her and I do together every week.
