Umbilical Cord Hernia Anyone ever dealt with this with their baby ?

Please tell me has anyone else been through this, nurse said she might need surgery she only two months old.

They're super common and usually go away on their own. My little girl has one about the size of a large grape, but it's only prominent when she's crying/kicking around/etc. When she's asleep or calm, it's like a little innie with some loose skin.
For some reassurance - their ped said that she saw one the size of a GRAPEFRUIT that went away completely on its own.

They are very common. My eldest had one, it fixed itself by the time she was 1 year. They told us they wouldn't recommend surgery until at least 3 years old as it usually fixes itself and the risk of issues or complications is very low if you leave it alone until 3/4.
