Some advice please
I suffer with separation anxiety and my partner went away a week ago and I’ve been struggling to eat every time I look at food I feel sick and every time I’ve tried to swallow food I end up gagging and I don’t know what’s making me like this. I’ve lost so much weight in the past week as I haven’t been eating really and only been drinking squash. My partner doesn’t come home till Thursday and I’m scared I’m going to make myself really ill and put myself in hospital which is not what I want:(
Is they any foods that may be easier for me to eat and is everyone else dealt with someone like this before ?
