Got scared and now I’m leaking

So I was outside teaching my dogs how to use the doggy door when a wasp decides to follow me into my house 😵 I’m afraid of wasps and any bug pretty much even ants. So I screamed naturally of course, it went to the floor and I killed it then right after, a lot of fluid started coming out of me and I didn’t feel like I was peeing now I’m having light cramps. Could getting scared cause water to break? Or do guys think I just peed myself out of being scared? 😐 now I’m just resting and drinking water to see if the cramping will stop.
