Late period

My period is 9 days late as of today. I was nauseous for 3 days late week the third day I threw up so I went to my doctor. She did a urinalysis and it can back negative, so I asked for a blood test and it came back <1 meaning negative. On that day my period was only 3 days late . Now I’m 9days late I’m feeling a little more nauseous, I’m more sleepy, I’ve been have VEEEERY light back aches ,and headache. I just took a bath and looked at my boobs my nipples have like little white spots that I’m able to whip off. I’m so confused because my period has never been late since I had my miscarriage last year February.
