8dpo and having symptoms

Hi all,

I’ve been having cramps, backaches, and nausea for the past 4 days. The cramps and backache feel more intense each day. This morning I also woke up with a fever which was so weird for me. Did anyone have these symptoms and ended up getting a BFP? I want to remain hopeful 🤞🏽These symptoms are the same symptoms I got when I got my BFP in the past (minus the fever) but unfortunately I miscarried.
