I'm wanting a restraining order on my soon to be ex husband ( no divorce yet but that's the point)
We live together hes currently not here and will be back soon... I dont want him back here.. he wont leave the place is under my name. I dont want to go into details but I will be filing divorce papers soon.. but I want a restraining order so he can't be near me or come back here...
He is toxic.. he was in jail once a couple years ago.. im done I dont want to be near him or him be here.. what should I put on the restraining order for it to get accepted??

Can you message me? 
For starters if he had hit you or you feel threatened you can call the cops and have a restraining order put on him. 
If he's not on the lease you can have him removed. That may anger him though. 
I would be sure he knows your relationship is done. Meaning dont sleep with him, sex, in the same bed. 
Unless you feel threatened then just get him out. He probably already knows. 
Otherwise if you can't get a restraining order. I'm sure there's a way to kick him out weather you have to go through the eviction process or not. Which would be like 30 days. 
Or possibly if you leave, after a week or so he would realize you aren't coming back to be with him and he will leave himself. 
If it is to hard. Maybe forgetting the house would be wiser. 
Finding a house and property you like better. At least then you could find happiness.

You can’t just kick him out even if he isn’t on the lease/mortgage. It’s a process
