What are foods to avoid when trying to conceive?

My husband and I have just begun trying to start a family, so I’m curious to hear some of your tips and tricks! I am not a super healthy eater, so I’m wondering if there’s some things I should definitely steer clear of. 🙂

Just put a random brand, but I have read that eating while fat yogurt (like Greek yogurt) helps to conceive. I don’t know about what to avoid to TTC, but try to eat low saturated fats, low simple sugars, whole grains, lean meats (fish is really good because of the omega, but be careful of the iron amount like in tuna), eggs are fantastic for helping! Of course LOTS of water! And eating lots of greens (like spinach and such) and a good amount of fruits and vegetables.
