Do you cover when breastfeeding in public?

Nope, never have and never will. It’s way more work. I usually wear a tank top and then a shirt. Pull the tank down, the shirt up, and nurse. You literally cannot even tell. I’ve never once had anyone make any comment about it or stare and only ever encounter the nicest and sweetest people.

I try to be discreet but I don’t cover baby’s head. If I knew I’d be  ready feeding out I tried to always do the 2 shirt method. For my comfort, not anyone else’s

I feel uncomfortable not covering. But I'd try to find a room if I can. I just like privacy and I don't like people staring at me or getting offended. But others might not have that problem and breastfeed fine in public. Whatever you're comfortable doing. I don't think you have to force yourself to "take a stand" or something and breastfeed unashamed without covering. I don't judge either way. Just personally, I feel uncomfortable without covering and breastfeeding in public.

Nope 👎 I did at first but that’s too much of a challenge in the summer it’s extremely hot. I don’t see people covering up their babies drinking from bottles and I’m not covering up mine just bc she’s on my boob.

I cover my boob. I don’t cover the baby’s head. I tried it but that didn’t work out at all. I either do the 2 top method or put a blanket over my shoulder to cover my boob.

Yeah, I have way larger breast than a lot of most women and I dont want anyone looking at me. Im very modest.

Nope I really don't care what people think. My step mum kept asking me to cover up and it pissed me off.

I have a thin cover that you wear as a scarf that I keep in my purse for feedings. It seams like a hassle but after a while it just becomes routine. I cover out of respect of others, yes it’s natural but I can’t control what others think and would rather not deal with them 😅

Ive never had to feed in public but I would cover myself just because I don't want people to see my boobs

I tried to at first but I couldn’t get him to stay latched then.  And yes, depending on the shirt, sometimes my whole boob is out.  Usually, I’m wearing a nursing shirt so this isn’t an issue but it has happened on occasion.  I really don’t care if someone has an issue with me using a breast in the way it was intended to be used.
