3 level hcg

Ok, this is my test today in the morning march 23, i can see the line, im sure of that

BUT my quiestion is

Yesterday it was so faint that the camera couldn’t pick it up,, I went to ER because of cramping and bad lower pack ache and mi hcg level is 3 but nothing seen in the US

They told me it can be a new pregnancy or because of my lost 7 week pregnancy on 02/10

But the line today is darker, is that mean my hcg levels are rising and im pregnant?

And what about the ultrasound?
