Cramps!😕

I started having some light cramps this morning. No spotting or bleeding. I had a miscarriage at the end of September last year so I’m extremely nervous. I have an early ultrasound on Mar 31st at 7 weeks. (Based on my last period). My doctor scheduled me for an ultrasound on Friday to see if there is anything going on or if it’s just normal stretching. Is anyone else experiencing this?
