Cervix Check or Bloody Show?

Hi! FTM here🥴 I had an appointment yesterday and had my cervix checked. I was 1cm dilated and 50% thinned. Before the appointment I was already losing big pieces of my mucous plug. After the appointment I had a little bit of brown spotting/cramping which was to be expected. As of this morning it seems to be a little heavier?

I just went to the restroom and (see attached 2 photos). I’m not sure if it’s still old brown blood from the cervix check mixed with more mucous plug, or if this could be bloody show? Will bloody show be red? Or could it be something else?
