Implantation or Early period?

My period is due next weekend. I ovulated last Friday (per the glow app/symptoms) and we had sex last Wednesday. My husband and I are not ttc at the moment, so we used the pull out method (I know it’s not 100%). I’m having horrible cramping and spotting a light pink/brown. My periods are known to come early/late sometimes, but I typically don’t have symptoms this intense. My appetite has also increased if this helps. Lol
