7 weeks is this normal

Having sharp pain on right side especially when i stand or walk and cramping off and on! I know 100% this isnt ectopic as a u/s confirmed it was a uteran pregnancy! Could it just ve my uterus growing! Im also mildly nauseous! No bleeding!
