What was your medication protocol for iui

I have taken multiple rounds of Letrozole and Clomid but I have always just got 1 mature follicle and I have not been able to get pregnant this time around my doctor prescribed me Letrozole and Ganol F do you ladies think I can at least get two mature follicles with this protocol?

Or should I ask my doctor for a higher dose ?

They gave me 75 iu Ganol F and Letrozole 2.5 3 pills a day.

Last month I took Letrozole but I didn’t get pregnant today I am CD 3 and I have a baseline appointment.
