30 weeks pregnant and painful pea size lump in armpit??

I have a painful pea size lump in my armpit and am getting a bit worried ? Could it have something to do with milk coming in !?

Yeah, hormones and breasts getting ready. I get them with PMS and stress too sometimes as well as pregnancy.  Cancerous lumps don't come out of nowhere and aren't usually tender to the touch. Of course keep an eye on it, but no need to be concerned over a sudden lump appearing vs it's been there for months and doesn't really hurt but doesn't go away and gets gradually bigger (that's more concerning)
