Sleep training
Can anyone refer me some sleep training technique names, that I can look up online and compare?
Has to be something that
*from 6mo
*encourages independent sleep
*baby still sleeps in his bed but in parents room for at last until a year old
*doesn't involve any crying.
I myself found the Ferber method with short controlled crying times to be really sensible in my mind, but as we live in an appartment building, we need to make our son sleep quietly.
