What age did you give your little ones nuts?

I’m sure it’s at one years old here in the uk? Why is that if anyone knows? Aren’t they super good foods?!! 
I want to give her almonds, peanut butter, hazel nuts. Obviously blending As they are dangerous. Basically all type of nuts

Peanut butter was the first thing I gave my daughter at 6 months, under her doctor's recommendation. Studies show that children are less likely to get some allergies if they're introduced earlier (including nut allergies). That's why there's a lot of talk about when to introduce nuts. I am in the US though, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

Are you talking about nut butters or whole nuts? Nut butters they say now the earlier the better for preventing allergies (just not large amounts as it can be a choking hazard) but whole nuts I believe is age 3 because they are a choking hazard.

In whole form? Or peanut/almond etc butter? 
My pediatrician recommends giving all common allergens at 6 months, unless there is a family history of food allergies. So that is what I did with all of mine (in peanut butter/almond butter etc form of course.) And always right off a spoon. My pediatrician recommends doing it in pre bought snack form (peanut butter puffs etc). 
As far as whole nuts go, I just did my kids depending on how many teeth they had and how often they did or didn't have choking scares on regular food. 
My oldest didn't have whole nuts until like almost 2 because he choked all the time on everything. 
My middle one never choked so I gave him nuts as soon as he had his first four molars at 18 months. 
I am in the US tho.
