High blood pressure
I have high blood pressure and have for a number of years even after losing a significant amount of weight. Anyway, I’m pregnant with #3 and it has always been well controlled during pregnancy…. and after… Except at my last two appointments. Blood pressure has been high even for my normal range. I’m due to be seen again in 4 weeks and I’d like to have it managed by then. I’m waiting on a dietitian to call me also. I want to safely lower it and am looking for easy, go to meals that are healthy, yet also help lower blood pressure. Any mama’s out there than can share some tips and tricks with me? Possibly even their favorite meals?
