I keep losing chunks like this and I have a ton of cervical pain and cramps

My mucus plug was tinged with blood... I guess that's why they call it the"bloody show" 🤢 and it came out over a period of 2 weeks. It was so gross and a lot more than that.

Could be... unless you’ve had unprotected sec is the last little while then it could be from that. If the cramping is too much go in!
