Breastfeed one side & pump the other side?

Question

Currently my baby only latch 1 side per feed, should i pump out the other side? If i get to latch him e other side the next feed, he will drink for 2 feeds supply & got too full & uneasy & vomit as he has acid reflux issue. Anyone has same problem as me? Any advice? Thanks!

I exclusively breastfed my last baby for one year. She only ever wanted one breast per feeling. I would alternate each breast for each feeding (left this feeding right next feeding them left again for the next feeling etc) and I never pumped. If that is all your baby wants, your body will adjust to that level of demand. Don't worry about pumping to maintain supply- millions of women breastfed for thousands of years before  breast pumps were ever invented. Your body is made for this :)

Use a haaka while baby eats! That's what I do and usually get 2-3oz per feed that I save either for someone else to give her or put it in the freezer for later

I used to do that but got engorged and had issues... specially at night because he would sleep... now I put him on the empty breast firstthen switch to the full breast.. that way my production is better and
