Quick question 🙈

Okay so I filed my taxes March 4th and when I go check my status it’s saying wrong information then once I put in my date I filed it says that the irs still hasn’t received my refund😑..I tried calling the irs I never can get through.has anyone else had this issue and a note on why theirs haven’t been received yet? Thanks
